Zulma Valiente, from the company Latin Food Fresh & Frozen, eploys women from Guatemala that produce superfoods such as chia and amaranth.
They also provide training and scholarships for girls. Her testimony was taken during LAC Flavors Peru 2016 (in Spanish).
